Empowered You Counseling, located in Park Ridge, IL, is holistic and collaborative. Together, we will identify your goals and develop a personalized goals that incorporate a variety of techniques, including mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
Services
With over 14 years of experience, I specialize in mental health care across the lifespan. I work with adults, children, adolescents, and families who experience anxiety, depression, relationship issues, women's issues, and conflict resolution difficulties. I also have extensive experience working with those who are diagnosed with ADD/ADHD and on the autism spectrum.
